I wrote this app because I started managing a team and did not have any tools that helped me do a better job at it. It is a simple app. It is something you will use every week as a manager. As you take notes in advance of a one on one meeting with a team member, noting the good work they are doing or the areas of improvement for them, this app will be your companion. You will be able to keep track of how you do week over week with your meetings. This app will help improve communication in your team and allow you to connect with them.
